Who we are

NoirEva® is an independent audio brand. Contact: hello@noireva.online.

What we collect

When you request CUT 000: Silence, we collect your email address. When you buy on Ko-fi, payment is handled by Ko-fi and its payment providers; we do not see or store your card details. The website itself does not use advertising cookies.

Why we use it

To send you the free file, the short email series that follows, and occasional letters about new work. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form and confirming your email.

Who processes it

Your email is stored with MailerLite (email delivery). The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Purchases go through Ko-fi. Each acts as a processor under its own privacy policy and may handle data outside your country.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of every email. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by writing to hello@noireva.online. If you live in the EU or UK you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Retention

We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date.
